I've seen this woman's name on news headlines for a few days now. People are saying how amazing of a singer she is, and how she wowed the judges on the show "Britain's Got Talent". I was skeptical at first, and even through her introduction with the judges you see the skepticism in the audience. But once she opened her mouth. AMAZING!
Listen for yourself and tell me that you don't get goosebumps. I dare you not to get goosebumps.

Fiesta at 30-thousand feet
Oh, how I love having DirecTV on JetBlue flights. Our flight from New York back to Austin began right at kickoff of the Fiesta Bowl last night. The flight lasted until just after the trophy was being handed out. Though I was on the flight, I didn't miss any of it. The only bad thing was that I wasn't able to yell at the screen like I usually do when watching at home. Instead, when it looked like we didn't make the 4th down at the end, I pounded Carolyn's traytable and knocked her cup over. Oops. If you didn't watch it. Here's what you missed:

Doesn't this ad make you long for the Reagan era again? Seems like it was a time when there weren't any looming worries. Of course, I was 4 when this ad came out; my most pressing concern at that time was whether I could eat some candy while watching He-Man. But to be a grown up in those days and have no concerns about the economy, war, healthcare... I wonder what it was really like for the average american.

Wow... this video is amazing. There are so many celebrity appearances in this 7 minute video that you would think that it was a fundraiser of some sort. I guess when the richest person in the world decides to retire people take notice. My favorite part, Obama and Hilary both trying to tell Bill Gates they don't want him as a running mate.
