iHave iPhone
Well it happened.

The move to AT&T came because my new lab building at UT gets zero service for Sprint. And after 10 years of giving Sprint my money and getting doodoo service in return, it was quite satisfying to be able to jump ship. It also helped that UT employees get 20% off of AT&T plans, so the plan pricing is slightly cheaper than the original iPhone plan for me.
It's been a little odd having the internet on my phone. In terms of phone technology, I'm pretty outdated. I didn't have a bluetooth enabled phone until 2006, I only started using txt messages in 2007, and now I'm getting the internet on my phone at the tail end of 2008.
This weekend I was out shopping and wondering if I could get a better price on an item at a different store. In my mind I figured that I would just give up shopping, go home to check prices online, and then go out on a different day to buy what I was looking for. Then I realized that I had the internet in my pocket! I checked prices and availability and was able to get what I needed without wasting anymore gas or time.
Go interwebs.
