Good Week End
I think today is shaping up to be a nice end to the work week. I'm in the lab right now doing an experiment. I'm about 7 trials into a 24 trial experiment. Each trial takes about 7-10 minutes to complete, which means I will still be here for a while. However, I will still call it a good week (and day!). Today is Friday which means the weekend is upon us.
I did an experiment earlier in the week that I thought would give promising results, however I still had problems with my setup and therefore only half the results were usable. I wasn't even planning on re-doing the experiment this week, but a time-slot opened up in the lab schedule allowing me to take it over. We'll see how it goes, although I'm getting some nice images so far.
This weekend, we're off to San Antonio for a(nother) wedding. Seems like the weddings don't stop. One of the ECHO guys invited me to do something this weekend, but wasn't surprised when I told him I had a wedding to go to. Maybe I need to start make friends with people who are unable to get dates.
