Presidential Issues
I don't keep up with politics very well. So far on this presidential campaign I've kept up with the results from the democratic primaries and watched a few episodes of The Colbert Report.
I know a few of the issues that have been debated back and forth between the candidates but nothing in detail. I would say that I know enough to make a decision on who I'm voting for, but start debating politics with me and I'll zone out.
I found this cool website this morning that keeps track of all the issues that are at stake in politics. You can find out where a politician stands on a specific issue, or compare across party lines. Very interesting if you want a quick 5 minute blurb on where McCain stands on gay marriage, or Clinton on abortion. Check it out.

There's also this quiz on their website which you mark whether you SUPPORT or OPPOSE certain issues and then the quiz will return the presidential candidate which best supports your views.
Interestingly enough, the quiz shows that I agree with McCain on social issues, but with Obama on economic issues. What does that mean?????
