Riding the bus
Today I rode the bus back from school for the first time. I think the first time is always the most painful. I missed both stops on the route and ended up having to walk a few blocks for my mistake. I also ended up having to wait at 6th and Congress for over 40 minutes to make a connection. The #30 bus doesn't run very frequently in the afternoon, so if you miss one, you have to wait more than 30 minutes for the next one. Total transit time from the lab door to my house door: almost 2 hours!!!!
I'll try again tomorrow though. Maybe I'll have better luck then.
