Comment Component
With the power out here in the lab, I looked at the comment portion of my website. I had disabled the commenting function a couple of months ago due to some mischievous hackers that found their way into the backend of the website.
I thought I'd turn it back on just to see if the new version of Joomla! was working better at keeping out hackers.
When I went back to look at the previous comments that were still saved in the system, I found out that over 80% of all the comments in the system were made by spam bots. Argh. Oh well, comments back on for now.
