"Freedom to follow God's call"
Pastor Rob exposited Galatians 2 in which Paul is led by God to send the Gospel out to the Gentiles for the first time. In doing so, Paul followed his heart to see a need, to see how his gifts could be utilized, and also sought the counsel of advisors. He did this in light of opposition, which Pastor Rob said would usually be present when following God, even inside of a church. He exhorted the congregation to be free to encourage things within the church that might seem different or alien to someone; that is, out of faith. Although he didn't outwardly say it, the next logical step would be that these new things would be inline with Scripture. Not just accepting for the sake of acceptance.
