I recently upgraded my webhosting to give me more server space and more bandwidth. However, I've been noticing that my website has been getting less hits each month. A hit is counted when someone clicks on a link somewhere on my site. At first I was a bit confused by that, and I thought it was simply because less people were visiting my website. Then I realized that it had to do with me taking down my old picture gallery. Everytime someone clicked on a picture in the gallery, the hit counter increased by one. This explained why my hit count would jump dramatically in the few days after I would post up pictures from an event. However, now that I have Flickr, I dont get that anymore. I have noticed though that the number of visits to the site has gone up over the last couple of months. A visit is counted as one person accessing the site, no matter the number of things they click on during that visit.

Anyways, thanks for visiting. I dont believe that I really have anything too interesting to share on this blog, but I appreciate people coming and reading.
