Dallas Run
Well, we finally got it. Scott, Wei, Eddie and I went to Dallas on Saturday to buy an engine. Since the place in Houston didn't come through we ended up going to Dallas. We also met up with Terence who happened to be in Dallas for a PromiseKeepers conference at the American Airlines center. Since Terence was there, we got to borrow his truck to load the engine into.
Getting the engine was somewhat uneventful, but I just really enjoyed the time with the guys once again. We went to a Chinatown area to get some good Chinese food as well as some pearl milk tea. We also visited a guy who works on Miatas which was crazy. In the car, we played gameboy and joked around with each other.
To be honest, I probably wouldn't be working on this car if I had to do it all by myself. First, because I dunno enough about cars to do it by myself. But really, because I wouldn't be hanging out with people having fun in the process.
