I've gotten to hang out with more people in the last two days than I have in the last two weeks. Kinda nice since it beats staying at home doing nothing. Well, not nothing... working on the car has been fun and relaxing.

Yesterday I went to the summer bible study that ECHO is putting on. While I'm technically one of the oldest people there, its still very encouraging seeing these guys wanting to actively pursue God this summer. Jonathan who is leading the guys bible study is taking us through a book which is looking at the big theme of the bible, from Genesis to Revelation. That theme is a story of redemption, looking at the work of Christ from beginning to the end. I look forward to going to bible study every week throughout the summer.

After that I drove up to Scott's house where a few people were gathering to watch the Mavs vs. Heat game. As a Texan, there's an obligation to root for the Texas teams, so I was a little bummed that the Mavs couldn't get another win last night. But at least it makes things a little more exciting, and at least yesterday's game was pretty exciting rather than just a blow out.

I intended on going home right after the game but then Wei and Sandy invited me over to play some late night StarCraft. How could I resist? We played two games and then I went home rather content in having social interactions.
