Back to the 80s

As evidence that I am waaaaaay behind the fashion times, I just bought my first pair of Converse Chuck Taylor All Stars today. Yes, the same Converse shoes that many of you probably had back in the 80's. I remember in elementary school it was so cool for people to wear different colored Converse on each foot, also mix-matched with different striped socks as well. Also, those were the days when it was all about wearing the hi-tops.

Well now, 20 years later, I am just as cool as they are. If only I could get "Members Only" jacket, then I would be undeniably cool. Anyways, since I'm 20 years behind the times, maybe in 10 years I'll start wearing those JNCO baggy jeans.

dude you shoulda kept your converse's in tip top shape. i just read an article in TIME about how shoes in the 80s are making a comeback and are worth a LOT of $$!!
