What a crazy night yesterday. Deanna, from my lab, had her brother and sister in town visiting from the Northeast. She wanted to show them the city life so a bunch of us BME kids went downtown to the Blind Pig on 6th Street. I was introduced to her sister Ashley, and then introduced to her brother Ryan with "oh hey, Ryan is crazy about that internet video that you always watch and talk about".

"Which video?" I ask. To which Ryan turns around and yells in my face, "DOUBLE TRUE!" We were instant friends at that point. Hahaha. The whole night was pretty much spent quoting the "Chronic of Narnia" rap over and over again. Ridiculously though, we never got sick of it.

At the Blind Pig, someone asks if Lonissa was coming, the reason being that she has this innate skill at getting free drinks from the bartender at any bar. Not just for herself, but for entire groups. I said I'll believe it when I see it. True to their word, she was very good at getting drinks for our group of 8 people. I was kinda impressed. Anyways, it was fun just hanging out with everyone into the wee hours of the morning, although I paid for it this morning since we had planned to start working on the Corolla around 9am.
