UT in!

Got some encouraging news yesterday. Even though I had an incomplete application (one of my recommenders never sent in his letter), UT BME let me in to their PhD program! So at least I won't have to be a bum on the side of the street selling roses.

It was great news to hear especially since I didn't get the APL job that I had been hoping for a few months ago. Anyways, I will continue to see what news I get from schools or potential employers. I know that God will be opening the correct doors for me.

On top of that, I had a good conversation with Ricky tonight about church and life in general. We weren't able to meet up for lunch yesterday, so we met up for dinner tonight just before my small group. Our meal? Chipotle. I've had Chipotle 3 times in the last 10 days or so. Kinda gross, but it is still crazy delicious.

Overall, today was a great day to thank God for everything He gives in life.

haha...your sister cracks me up. glad to hear that you still have the option of being a longhorn. and dude...don't make fun of those ppl selling roses...i might start doing that if i still stay unemployed.
