Pancakes

Okay, honestly, I've got this weird craving for IHOP pancakes right now. It's got to have been at least a year since I set foot in an international pancake home. I'll have to make a trip to one soon. That doughy pancake caked in butter and dripping with syrup just sets off a plethora of taste buds when it touches your tongue. Finish it off with a glass of milk and it doesn't get any better than that. Come on, you know you can taste it...

The clock is ticking as many of us await the arrival of the president of Team Kang himself, the Dalai Laba. Yes, Tim Kang, the man, will be in Austin this Saturday to Tuesday for a brief visit. Should be a lot of fun. I've seen Tim at least once a month for the last three months which is pretty cool. Dunno what we're gonna be doing but we're either gonna be:

A. Eating Rudy's BBQ and watching King Kong; or
B. Going to a wedding.

Yeah, one of those... just like last month when we were all together in Virginia. But last time we ended up deciding on option B.
