Spinnin' and Twistin'

Right now I feel like the lyrics from the Deliriou5 song. Man, I have got to get some work done here today. But instead, I'd rather fly away faster than a speeding bullet. I figured maybe I could jump-start my brain by blogging rather than doing work. Too much caffeine today? Always a possibility, but maybe it's cuz I have too many things in my head right now.

I gotta mention stuff about this past Sunday though... the church is going through the topic of GOODNESS this week. The pastor tackled the issue from the angle of how we define goodness. He mentioned that being good and doing good has lost its meaning over the years and that the ultimate example of good should come from God. Though society has gradually shifted away from what is biblically good and distorted it to its own wanton desires, God shows us what good truly looks like and that is just what we should emulate. I saw that discrepancy in myself this Sunday... I might think I am justified in being angry at people or talking about them behind their backs, but really, God is not interested in me gossipping or holding grudges towards people. Bottom line for me, I gotta pray more anyways.

Alright, that's all for now. Too bad I can't just leave school and go driving to relax... of course I wouldn't want my car to end up like Eddie's:)
