Current Dad Achievements

How fast has 7 months flown by! Chloe continues to grow by leaps and bounds. Though as she grows up, we're constantly finding that we have to adapt to her as well. There have been several times where she starts doing something new, and we have to ask ourselves: "Wait. Is this normal?" For instance, she has started babbling a whole lot more now. Babbling is completely normal for a baby of 7 months, but then we wonder if she's trying to tell us something that we're unaware of.

All in all, she seems to be a pretty happy baby though. Too happy it seems. A few weeks ago her two front teeth started to come in. To be honest, we were completely unaware of this. Carolyn and I had been dreading the teething stage as we've heard that it can be very painful for a child and lead to many sleepless nights. For everyone. But one day Carolyn was feeling around in Chloe's mouth and discovered something in the front of her mouth. When Chloe moved her tongue out of the way, there were two little teeth just poking through her gums! We never noticed it because she's usually so chill and never hinted that anything was bothering her. I dunno. Who knows how long those teeth had really been there?
