Replacement Case
I was introduced to Speck iPhone cases by Cynthia, and ended up finding a really good deal on Amazon for their CandyShell case. It was actually voted the 2009 best iPhone case and accessory by iLounge.com.
The case does have a thin portion around the dock connector which cracked after about 7 months. Speck has a 1 year warranty which they honored. I mailed back the case to them through USPS priority mail, and received a replacement within 5 days!
I've been pretty happy with Speck cases. I've dropped my phone numerous times which has resulted in no damage whatsoever. The 5 days sans case made me pretty nervous every time I pulled out my phone out of fear that I would lose my grip on the phone and drop it onto the sidewalk. But all was good, and now everything is back to normal.
